How to Hire


Step 1

Browse our extensive range of equipment. Pick your dates and add your desired equipment to the shopping cart.

Pick up and return days incur no fees, provided the equipment is picked up after 2pm on the pick up day and returned before 11am return day. This also applies to delivery and return/pick up. (If you’re unsure, when making a booking leave the pick up and drop off times at their default values.)

Secure your booking with a 10% refundable security deposit.*

You will be prompted to create an account at checkout. Follow the prompts.

*Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your booking will be required to pay 50% of the total hire fee. In this instance the security deposit would be forfeited and the remaining balance would be billed. Please see our Terms and Conditions surrounding cancellations and fees.

Step 2

Within 24 hours you will receive an email with instructions on how to have your identity verified through a safe and easy online process provided by Australia Post’s Digital ID service. This is a one-time only requirement for your first hire. There are no fees associated with this process.

You will need to provide 100 points of identification. You will not be able to pick up/receive your hire until your identity is verified.

If you will not be picking up the equipment personally, we will need to be notified in writing who will be and they will be required to prove their identity on site. If they cannot prove their identity, the equipment will not be released.

Step 3

Pay the remainder of your invoice prior to pick up/delivery. Pick up is between 2pm and 5pm on the first day of your hire. Returns are to be made before 11am on the final day of your hire. 

A reminder that pick up and return days incur no fees provided equipment is picked up after 2pm and returned before 11am. 

If you require the equipment outside of these times please contact us for special arrangements. Fees may apply.*

*Customers may be required to pay an additional days hire (or a percentage of) if the equipment is required outside of the specified collection/return hours. Fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If arrangements are not made well in advance of the hire dates, full rates will be charged. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
